ShooShoke aims to solve Thailand's food waste problem by combining the familiar wisdom of "pile-turning" composting with our proprietary probiotic technology to speed up the decomposition process. We can turn food scraps into nutrient-rich organic fertilizer — without the need for heat, making it an energy-saving, environmentally friendly solution suitable for institutions, businesses, and households of all sizes.
Mission
By 2029, we aim to reduce the country's organic waste by converting at least 5% of Thailand's organic waste into organic fertilizer within five years — equivalent to converting an average of 7.3 kilograms of food waste per Thai person back into nature as high-quality fertilizer.
Goals Environment
Reduce greenhouse gas emissions by diverting food waste from landfills and providing 600,000 tons of organic fertilizer per year to Thai farmers.
How can we do this?
For institutions and businesses, if ShooShoke 50 kg is used in 16,000 institutions and businesses (representing only 9% of the 176,000 registered factories, hotels and educational institutions in Thailand), 500,000 tons of organic waste can be recycled per year and 600,000 tons of organic fertilizer can be produced per year.
For Individuals, if just 0.1% of the population (80,000 people) use the 3kg and 25kg ShooShoke at home 300 days a year, we will be able to achieve our goal and turn food waste into organic fertilizer for Thai farmers, creating a circular economy that returns food to the environment without creating waste.
